Role Overview

As a B2B Marketing Associate,  your key responsibility will be to collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive B2B Marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. This role will directly impact our key business revenue line - Mergdata sales and ultimately help grow our brand market share. Responsibilities 

  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Determine target audiences, ideate campaigns, and monitor analytics for data-driven insights.
  • Develop and manage the overall email marketing strategy.
  • Design and create various calls-to-action (CTAs) and smart email lists.
  • Test campaign success and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive B2B Marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to promote the discovery, subscription, and adoption of Farmerline's SaaS and digital solutions.
  • Implement B2B Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, integrating digital and offline tactics.
  • Enhance product and brand discovery and adoption through targeted email marketing and SEO campaigns to boost engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Plan and organize digital events such as webinars and podcasts to promote the company’s brand, products, and services, and position the company as a thought leader in the agritech space.
  • Plan and publish strategic internal and external monthly newsletters for targeted clients within our customer database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Work with internal teams and consultants to create landing pages, ebooks, and white papers, and optimize user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the company’s annual and quarterly marketing and communications strategy.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B email marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve email deliverability, open rates, and CTR.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
 

Desirable

Relevant Experience 

  • Familiarity with the AgriTech industry is a significant plus.
  • Industry, emerging markets, and multicultural environments advantageous
  • French proficiency would be a plus but not required
