Role Overview

As an Account-Based Marketing(ABM) Associate,  your key responsibility will be to collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with company objectives. This role will directly impact our key business revenue line - Mergdata sales and ultimately help grow our brand market share. Responsibilities 

  • Strategic ABM Planning:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize target accounts, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
  • Content Creation and Personalization:
    • Create compelling and tailored content for specific accounts, ensuring relevance and resonance.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing materials for targeted audiences.
    • Design targeted digital marketing campaigns to encourage the discovery, subscription, and adoption of Farmerline’s Software as a Service (SaaS) and digital solutions 
    • Plan and publish strategic, internal, and external monthly newsletters to be distributed to targeted and specific clients within our customer database
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Implement ABM campaigns across various channels, integrating digital and offline tactics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Increase product & brand discovery and adoption through targeted email marketing and SEO campaigns to increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion
    • Plan and organize digital/online events such as webinars, podcasts, etc, to promote Farmerlin’s brand, products, and services, to help position the company as a thought leader within the agritech space
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze ABM campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align ABM strategies with overall business goals.
    • Foster strong communication channels to ensure a unified approach across departments.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and consultants from time to time to create landing pages/ebooks/white papers and optimize user experience
    • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Work with in-house creatives and designers to ensure content is informative and engaging
    • Provide inputs into the company’s annual and quarterly marketing & communications strategy.
 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing.
  • Familiarity with the AgriTech industry is a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
 

Desirable

Relevant Experience 

  • At least two years of previous work experience in a similar role
  • Industry, emerging markets, and multicultural environments advantageous
  • French proficiency would be a plus but not required
