Job Purpose

The UX/UI Designer will work closely with the Corporate Services and Farmer Services teams to define and implement innovative solutions for all product directions, visuals and experience. The designer will be a team player with a keen eye for detail and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. He/She will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering new and existing feature designs and producing the required assets necessary for the implementation of those concept designs.

Responsibilities

  1. Balance product, development and user-centered goals to help design overall product experience.
  2. Develop storyboards, mockups and sketches to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  3. Assess the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for improvement.
  4. Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  5. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  6. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a product (mobile/web) designer.
  • Bachelor degree in either Communication Design, Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or Engineering, or any other related field.
  • Hands on experience in designing interactive applications and prototypes.
  • Prior experience in front end technologies like HTML / CSS.
  • Strong experience using tools like Photoshop/Figma/invision/marvelapp, adobe XD etc. with focus on user experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a qualified Mobile developer to join our Engineering team. You will be working with our engineers to develop and maintain high quality mobile applications.
If you’re passionate about mobile platforms and translating code into user-friendly apps, we would like to meet you. As a Mobile developer, you’ll lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute full Software Development Life Cycle.
  2. Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
  3. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
  4. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
  5. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  6. Document and maintain software functionality.
  7. Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics.
  8. Comply with project plans and industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a mobile developer.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering and any other related field.
  • Hands on experience in designing interactive applications.
  • Ability to develop software in C#, Java, Objective-C or similar languages.
  • Experience with Android development ( familiarity with iOS development is a plus).
  • Familiarity with OOP design principles.
  • Experience with test-driven development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
