Adwoa Adadzewa Afrifa is Farmerline’s Customer Success Associate, responsible for proactively guiding the company’s customers from adoption to full utilisation of the company’s products and services.At part of the Corporate Services team at Farmerline, Adwoa develops a keen understanding of Farmerline’s customer objectives, audience and competitive landscape; providing customers with insight into how to optimise the company’s solutions to maximise their results. She is also responsible for cultivating and growing each relationship with clients to support renewal and retention of account base. Prior to working for Farmerline, Adwoa worked at the Forestry Commission where she acquired skills and knowledge in customer service and relations.She holds a Natural Resource Management degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
