Mary Serwaa Numafo is a Farmer Service Associate at Farmerline. She focuses on developing and disseminating training content and monitoring the degree of adaptation of trained farmers. She is involved in drafting modules used for training over 40,000 small scale farmers in Ghana.

Mary is committed to helping smallholder farmers address declining crop yield problems through the use of improved crop management technologies.

Prior to working with Farmerline, she worked as a volunteer at Arocha Ghana where she assisted in conservation education and training in alternative livelihood.

Mary holds a degree in Natural Resource Management at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and is skilled in communication and content development.
